Carly Weinberg, M.S., M.Ed., Cofounder
Carly Weinberg brings deep expertise in autism and neurodiversity to her role as Cofounder of Beyond ABA. She holds master’s degrees in both education and applied behavior analysis, as well as a bachelor’s in speech and language pathology. With a strong foundation in therapy and leadership, Carly ensures families receive high-quality, compassionate care rooted in proven strategies.
Jon Weinberg, Cofounder & CEO
Jon Weinberg brings a strong background in business strategy, growth, and innovation. A cofounder of Project Infinity School as well, Jon has held leadership roles at Amazon Web Services, Techstars, and TIGER 21. He plays a key role in shaping Beyond ABA’s daily operations, long-term vision, and community partnerships.
Shelby Pawelek, M.S., OTR/L
Clinical Director
Shelby Pawelek is a licensed Occupational Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting children with autism and other developmental needs. She specializes in sensory integration, behavior strategies, and fine motor development, and has led therapy programs in both clinical and school settings.
Alissa Doyle, M.A., BCBA
Alissa Doyle brings over 10 years of experience working with children and adolescents with autism. She holds a bachelor’s in English and Psychology and a master’s degree in behavior analysis. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in clinical, home, and school settings.
Rina Haham, M.A., CCC-SLP
Rina is a certified speech-language pathologist (SLP) with more than a decade of experience in school and clinical settings. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in speech-language pathology from the University at Buffalo and an advanced certificate in pediatric dysphagia from New York Medical College. Rina has provided individual and group therapy and mentored other therapists in strategies to help children build essential communication skills.
